Where does RESET take place?

RESET Live 2021 takes place at the Australian Turf Club, Randwick, and is available to stream live from whereever you are. If you're joining us for the live event, head to The Ballroom on Level 2 of the Royal Randwick Grandstand.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Entry and parking available via Gate 1 Alison Road - limited free outdoor parking is available, additional parking is also available in the Wilson Multi Storey Car Park for a flat rate of $10.00.

Taxis & Ubers will drop off at Gate D, you can then make your way into the precinct and follow directional signage to the event room.

Do I need a printed ticket to the live event?

Registration on arrival is essential and entry will be via your unique barcode on your ticket. You will need to either have this barcode on your mobile, or printed.

Arrive early and avoid queues. Registration opens at 8am. Plus, if you're early, you'll have more time for networking over a barista-made coffee.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

If you’re unable to attend the event, we are not able to issue a refund but we happily manage a name transfer. Please email us at reset@aana.com.au.

How can I make a payment?

Visit our 'Tickets' section to purchase all Stream Only Corporate Packages and Individual Live or Stream tickets, where you can pay by credit card. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tax invoice. If you are purchasing a Live Corporate Package, email us at reset@aana.com.au and we will reserve your seats and send you an invoice.

What time does the event start and finish?

Registration opens at 8.00am, we have a full day schedule followed by 1 hour of networking drinks which will conclude at 5.30pm.

What software do you use to live stream / What if I don’t have access?

Live streaming the event will be available in any internet browser. If you have any issues on the day, email us at reset@aana.com.au.

The live stream will be available behind a pay wall – you will need to verify your name, company name, email address and password to get access.

For Corporate Packages, we will send an email to the 1 ticket purchaser and they will be responsible for distributing the link and password to everyone in your company.

Once I’ve purchased a corporate streaming package how does my team register?

Once purchased, we will send an email with access details to the 1 ticket purchaser and they will be responsible for distributing the access link to everyone in the company.

Each person will need to register themselves as an attendee in advance, including entering their email address to get access to the live stream.

Is your event covid safe / What measures are you taking?

The Australian Turf Club is a Covid Safe registered venue and has provided their approved Covid-safe event information guide. We have been working hard on event protocols to ensure that everyone has a great time and stays safe whilst they do it. The health and safety of our visitors, talent, clients and staff is always our greatest prioirty. With that in mind, we will be taking a number of precautions in accordance with public health and safety advice. You can find our entire Covid Safe Plan here.

What's included in my Streaming Ticket?

If you can't make it onsite this year, you certainly don't need to miss out on any of the action and inspiration. You and your team can experience Reset Live from wherever you are. Your link will be sent before the event and this will give you access to all live sessions throughout the day. Selected content will also be available for you to watch on demand for 30 days.

Am I a AANA member?

You are a AANA member if you are a paid financial supporter of the Australian Association of National Advertisers. We have a list of our members on our website here or email us to find out at reset@aana.com.au.

What if I can’t attend the live event, can someone take my place?

Yes, please email us at reset@aana.com.au and we will be able to process the name transfer.

What happens if a live event can’t go ahead?

Should the live event need to be cancelled due to Covid-19 related restrictions, the streamed event will still go ahead. All live ticket holders will be able to transfer to streamed tickets and the cost difference can either be refunded, credited to RESET 2022 or gifted to charity.

A substitute delegate is welcome at any time provided the request is made in writing. As part of our COVIDSafe measures, we require contact details of everyone attending the event. A full refund less a $250 gst inclusive processing fee is applicable on cancellation requests made in writing within 10 days of the event date.

How do I receive access to the live stream?

Is there a limit on how many people in my company can register for the stream?

An unlimited coporate stream package is per agency, for this there is no limit on how many people within your company can register. If you purchase this package for your holding company, there is a limit of 50 people.
