Terms and Conditions
A ticket to RESET at the live event includes access to all speakers sessions in the Randwick Grand Ballroom, refreshment breaks, networking lunch and networking drinks. One delegate ticket is entry for one person only, passes cannot be shared. Organiser’s reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not registered. A RESET Streaming ticket includes online access to all speakers sessions via our streaming service with exclusive online content.

All guests will be required to check-in on arrival and due to company policy all live attendees must be double vaccinated to attend this event. Guests are not required to wear a mask under current state regulations. However, guests are able to wear masks at their own discretion.
Attendees are advised to stay home if they are unwell or showing any respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms. if you are showing respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms you will be refused entry.
Payment and Discounts
The AANA member discounted registration price is only applicable if the company/s the delegate representative’s is/are members of AANA at the time of registration. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. If you would like to be invoiced and pay via bank transfer please contact AANA at reset@aana.com.au. Payment of invoice is due within 7 days of registration and must be received prior to the event or attendance may be denied. All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. A credit card processing fee of 2% will be charged. Please note registrations made within 7 days of the event can only be paid via credit card.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Should the live event need to be cancelled due to COVID-19 related restrictions, the streamed event will still go ahead. All live ticket holders will be able to transfer to streamed tickets and the cost difference can either be refunded, credited to the next RESET Live event or gifted to charity.

A substitute delegate is welcome at any time provided the request is made in writing. As part of our COVID Safe measures, we require contact details of everyone attending the event.
Organisers Rights
The AANA endeavours to ensure the conference programme and speaker line-up is correct at the time of the event. The full programme will be distributed to attendees at the event. All advertised details are correct at the time of publishing. Due to unforeseen circumstances the AANA reserves the right to alter the programme prior to the event without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone this event when full refunds will be issued. The AANA reserves the right to deny access to any individual that engages in or is alleged to engage in practices that are considered unprofessional and inappropriate for a business conference. We reserve the right to deny access to delegated that may affect the client / vendor ratio of attendance in favour of the interests of sponsors and commercial partners of the event. In registering for this event, delegates grant permission to the AANA to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness for promotional use. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise reset@aana.com.au.
